In celebration of our 50 years in New Wilmington we will be hosting an Open House at the Lodge from 2 until 4 PM on Saturday 12 September 2015. It is open to the public.
At about 4:30 PM a Special Award will be given to a Member of Wilmington Lodge No. 804. You are welcome to attend. the Special Award will be the presentation of the BSA Daniel Carter Beard Award. It will be presented by the DDGM at Wilmington Lodge No. 804
Also we will be having a Breakfast for Dinner meal at the Lodge for all members, their families and their invited friends. Reservations are needed. See you Lodge Notice and call Kevin G. for reservation by 10 September 2015.

Stated Meeting on 10 September 2015
The Stated Meeting of Wilmington Lodge No. 804 will be held at the Wilmington Masonic Hall, 236 High Street, New Wilmington, PA 16142 at 7:30 PM on Thursday 10 September 2015.
Need Reservations for Breakfast for Dinner Meal
So far we have had a very poor response to our reservation request for this upcoming dinner that will be held on 12 September 2015 at 5 PM at the Lodge. reservations needed by 10 September 2015.
The one we held in February this year was a great success. We must have had 60 or more people there.
What has happened so that we now only have about 10 people signed up?
This dinner is free to all members, their families and their invited guests.

Wilmington Lodge No. 804 will hold its Annual Ox Roast on 01 August 2015 from 3 to 7 PM at the Wilmington Masonic Hall located at 236 High Street in New Wilmington Pennsylvania.
It is always a good feast and the requested donation is only $10.00. The meal will include roast beef, corn on the cob, drinks and dessert.
Come and join us for this event.

19 February 2015 Fish Dinner Cancelled for 20 Feb 2015
Due to the cold weather we are now having it was decided to cancel the Fish Dinner for Friday 20 February 2015.
There is no reason for people to fight this weather. Stay home and try to keep warm.
The remaining Fish Dinners are still scheduled for 06 March 2015, 20 March 2015 and the last one this year will be on Good Friday 03 April 2015.
Hope to see you at one of them.

18 February 2015 Summary of the Fat Tuesday Party
On 17 February 2015 Wilmington Lodge No. 804 held its 3rd annual Fat Tuesday party at the Lodge. It was attended by at least 30 people and we all enjoyed some good food and fellowship.
If you missed it you missed out on a fun evening.
About 11 of our members were there along with about 20 others who are not members but were family and friends of our members.
Members present were FJA, JCW, JPF, DLW, DSH, MDC, MDC, DCW, JDW, SJW, and SAC. Perhaps I missed someone as I had to leave early to attend a Township Meeting.
If you missed it you missed out on a fun evening.

17 February 2015 Fat Tuesday Party
On Tuesday 17 February 2015 Wilmington Lodge No. 804 will hold its 3rd Annual Fat Tuesday Party at the Lodge starting at 6:30 PM.
All Members, their Families and Friends are welcome and encouraged to attend. If you have been to the event before you already know that the food is great and that we have a lot of fun. If you have not been to this party you have missed out on a good time and some great tasting food. Also, at least most of us, if not all, do not even come close to being vegans.
If you have some special food you wish to bring to share by all means bring it. Wilmington Lodge Members love to eat. Masons get falsely accused of many things but we should willingly admit to Gluttony. At least our lodge loves good food, and we do not in any way feel guilty for enjoying a great feast.
This event is funded by the Wilmington Masonic Hall Association and is free for all who attend, however as always, donations will be accepted for the Lodge and for the Help for the Heroes Fund.
The food may not qualify as being low calorie health food but at least it will taste good. You can start watching your diet starting on 18 February 2015 if you wish.

Fish Dinners for Lent
Once again Wilmington Lodge No. 804 will be having Fish Dinners at the Wilmington Masonic Hall on 4 of the 7 Fridays during Lent.
They will take place on:

03 Apr 2015 (Good Friday),
from 4 until 7 PM.
